What types of cheesecakes do you offer?

All of our cheesecakes are baked.  We sell both whole cheesecakes in 3 sizes as well as cheesecake cupcakes by the full dozen only (maximum 2 flavours per dozen).  We do not sell individual slices of cheesecake or individual cheesecake cupcakes.

No, we are strictly a cheesecake bakery.

Do you offer same-day pickup?

Accepted Answer

No. All our cheesecakes are made-to-order and as such, we cannot accommodate same-day orders. A minimum of 48 hours is required for any order, but the more notice the better, especially around special holidays and/or for large orders.

Do you have ready-made cakes available for pickup?

No.  All of our cheesecakes are made-to-order.

Do you take custom orders of flavours that are not listed on your website?

Yes! We love creating custom cheesecakes. Just let us know your preferences, and we’ll work with you to design the perfect dessert.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order by phone or email or via Facebook Messenger or Instagram Messenger. Please provide the following details with your order:  the flavour(s), size or quantity of cheesecake cupcakes, the date you need it for and your preferred pickup date and time. If you are ordering via FB or IG messenger, please include your name, email address and phone number.

How much notice do you need for orders?

We typically require at least 48 hours' notice for standard orders. For holidays, custom orders or larger quantities, please reach out as early as possible.

Can you accommodate food allergies or preferences?

Accepted Answer

Yes.Many, but not all, of our cheesecakes can be made gluten-free, lactose-free or nut-free (a small surcharge may apply).  Please specify any dietary restrictions when placing your order.

Please note that we are not a gluten-free or nut free kitchen but do our very best to avoid cross contamination.

Do you have vegan options?

No. At this time we do not have a vegan option for our cheesecakes.

What is your pricing structure?

Accepted Answer

Our prices vary according to the size of cheesecake ordered ($42, $50, and $58 for a small, medium and large, respectively) or the flavour of cheesecake cupcakes ordered ($51, $54 or $57). Cheesecakes in our “Ultimate Collection” are $70. These are available only in 1 size (medium). There may be a surcharge for special orders

How can I pay for my order?

We accept e-transfers and cash. The email for e-transfers is indulgence.cheesecakes@gmail.com.  Please note that the name that will appear on the transfer is Tracey Luth, not Indulgence.

Do you have a storefront?

No, we are a home-based bakery with Dine Safe certification from Lambton Public Health.

Do you deliver?

We do not offer a standard delivery option. However, we are happy to accept out-of-town orders for recipients living in the Sarnia area, and can discuss possible delivery options; a delivery fee would apply. Payment would need to be received in full prior to delivery or cash-on-delivery.

What are your hours?

We are open Tuesday through Friday, 9am to 6pm and Saturday morning between 10am and 12 noon for pick ups.  Some exceptions may apply.  We will always try and set pick up time with you so that we can make sure that your order is ready when you arrive.  Your order is finished and boxed right before your scheduled pickup time.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.

Do you offer samples?

Accepted Answer

For large, special events (such as weddings) we will work with you to help you select the perfect flavours and designs for your special day.  We can arrange a taste-testing for a small fee that will be applied to your overall order should you decide to serve Indulgence Cheesecake for your special day.  Please contact us for more details!

Do you offer any other sizes other than full cheesecakes or cheesecake cupcakes?

Yes. We can offer a selection of flavours in bite-size cheesecake cupcakes for special occasions. There is a minimum order of 4 dozen (1 flavour per dozen) for $24 per dozen.
